Mine have always been on the small size, I was a 32 Nearly A (Playtex Just My Size - great for the self esteem... Grandmother worked there and got them cheap...) I got up to a 38D at my highest point, worked back down to where I am now - 32AA, depending on who made the bra. They look like one of those squeezy stress balls with the gel in them after you have popped a seam and half the gel squirted out...

I had a consultation with a plastic surgeon a few weeks ago - they are two different sizes and one hangs lower than the other. Between the two of them they weigh about .70 of a pound. I'm definitely going to have augmentation done - he doesn't think I'll need a lift, but might need a nipple lift on the one that hangs lower.

I have the surgery scheduled for January. I'm working on deciding my size now. I'm finding my eye drawn to a little larger than I originally thought I would - I'm leaning towards a D, figure after everything is said and done it would settle out at a full C - small D.. I've worn the models that simulate number of cc's added and what they look like when finished, and my clothes all still fit fine with the larger size. That was one of my fears, that my clothes wouldn't fit right or that I would be freaky size wise afterwards.

The doctor I'm going to reserves the right to get within a ballpark while keeping it as 'natural' looking as possible, so unless you just insist on a certain size, if he gets in there and thinks it looks unnaturally large and will cause health problems he will go down a little. He works hard to not put any in that will hurt the woman down the line. I know three other women who used him and they were all very happy with the end result.

I've exercised a lot and done a lot of chest work - he did say that the strengthening the chest muscles is why I most likely don't need a lift, so work on the chest exercises!

Depending on how my body/skin is after I lose another 60ish lbs, I may get a lower body lift and breast implants. I've never had big breasts, even being overweight. I currently have a 36C cup, but it's usually because most bras just don't fit me. I could probably fit in a B cup nicely. I have noticed the changes since I've lost weight.. So I can imagine I am going to be tiny once I lose more.
