Default games for the wii

So i recently bought the wii and the wii fit--- love the wii fit and the games that came with the wii (the sports pack) ====

anyway I was wondering what you all thought were the best games for this system---ones that get you moving--- i want one that i'm up and moving around a lot---you know sort of like a workout---

i'm kind of looking at the super mario ones (galaxy and brawl) and dance dance revolution --- what do you all think --- i've heard that these are like the top selling ones but do you move a lot while doing them or do you mostly just stand or sit with the controller???

Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games is not as intense as DDR, but it is an amazing arm workout! (the swimming and running!) I get out of breath playing it and it's a lot of fun!

Carnival Games and Wii Sports are pretty active and fun games. They don't make you sweat but they get you moving alot. Really good if you have kids.

I Have a new one called Wii Music. Also a good one for kids. One of the games, where you are in control of the orchestra, really gives your arms a work out and I was out of breath after some of the songs. The rest of the game is pretty good for your arms, and if your on your feet playing it, it's even better.

Super Mario Galaxy is a really good game, but not a move around type. I would definitely still get it though if you enjoy video games.

There's a game coming out soon from Jillian Michaels that uses the wii fit board.

jillian's is already out and i've heard mixed reviews about it--- has anyone played it? it looks like it would be a good one--

thanx everyone for the great advice--- i'm definetly getting the DDR and then i'll possibly get the mario and sonic at the olympics one --- at least i'll get an arm workout like you mentioned--

The jillian game has horrible reviews. I was planning to order it but cancelled my order once I saw the reviews.

I heard outdoor games is fun and gets you sweating along with 'we cheer'. I just bought guitar hero which is fun.

Sadly, I have figured out that you can play the wii sports games sitting down

I bought the Outdoor Challenge for my kids for Christmas, so I haven't tried it yet, but it looks like fun.
