I did but my cats knocked it off the counter and it broke. I have found though that I really much prefer making bread without it, I feel more accomplished. And since I rarely eat bread, it's no big deal.

I have actually never tried it. I make a pumpkin dish in the oven consisting of peas, pumpkin and tuna with egg whites and some herbs but there's no flour so it is no pie.
