those are my majority of favourites, of course I left out all my reggae and hardcore dancehall songs, because no one would probably know them.... unless of course you are a Jamaican... ha ha. But dancehall makes me workout like a mad man.

My list constantly changes, but one of my absolute favorites for intervals is 'Ramble On' by Led Zeppelin. I agree about Technotronic, that's a classic for exercise!

When I'm at the gym surrounded by the buff types (a military base), this helps.

I like Madonna's You Can Dance remix album. The songs all blend into one another, which makes it easier to keep a consistent pace.

But, honestly, if I am using a machine or weights, I like punk or grunge music, b/c it makes me work harder. The pop stuff is better for when I jog.

When I am on the treadmill, I listen to Fergie, Pink, Gwen Stefani... I try to visualize the song is about me and how I am changing my life. Fergie... "It's personal, myself and I , we have some straightening out to do, Clarity, Peace, Serenity..."
