I'm with ya, sister. And now that my company changed our shift start time(against EVERYONE'S wishes) I have a better chance of a car accident trying to get to work thru rush hour traffic.

I like the work I do(in mining) but I HATE the company I work for. Everything is politics. Not what you know, but who you know or are related to. Absolutely no respect for experience. In fact, it seems the better and more experienced you are, the less they want you around. I'd rather learn from the guys who have been doing this for awhile, but not with this company.
Then some little dork who has never been outside this valley tries to tell me it's like this everywhere. Bull S**t! I've been outside in the real world and it's nothing like this. Now I have decided to look for another job. So I have to save up and be prepared to move. Heck, looking good for job interviews was one of the biggest factors(but not the only) in my decision to lose weight. These people have actually broken my GivaDamn. No company has ever done that before. Of course, these folks aren't happy to have sucked out my will to live. The b*****ds are after my soul.
