I'd have to say water (because without it I wouldn't live), but if dehydration wasn't an issue I'd choose my coffee w/1% milk. If I got a second choice I'd say mango lassi.

I would have to go with water because I just couldnt do any other drink in all situations. I am assuming that by healthy all drinks are hydrating and non-intoxicating.
