I finished
Majestic Descending: it wasn't as good as I expected, the second half anyway, I was kind of expecting more chases (hey, I like Dan Brown's stuff especially
Deception Point), and the writer gives the heroine a grisly backstory which ended up having NOTHING to do with the main story (it probably would have been too much to expect that the backstory
would connect with the plot, but then why bother with the backstory?)
Now I'm starting on
Three Bags Full by Leonie Swann, about a flock of sheep solving the murder of their shepherd, who used to read books to them every night. That sounds cute
