we're paying about 3.29 for gas. that used to upset me, until i had to pay 4.40 for a GALLON OF MILK!

I am in southern Oregon and I am paying about $2.99/gallon. I can still get milk for $1.99 though!

I am currently paying $3.01, but that is because we are in Agriculture so we "Contract" so many gallons per year (like 10,000 gallons between gas and diesel..cringe) but if I were to be paying at the pump it is like $3.38 here now.

Gas has gone back up to $2.93-2.95 here in GA. What I don't understand is that it's the same price in Jacksonville..where it had always been 15-20 cents higher there :?: I wonder if it's because we're right off I-95..there's a lot of truck & tourist traffic that passes through here. The irate citizens of SE GA want to know!! :mad:

Gas prices have gone down here (way northern California) in the last week to $3.43-$3.47. Yippee skippee.

We had dropped to $2.69 about 10 days ago, but with flooded refineries in Kansas and Indiana, it has shot back up lately. Today it's $3.12.

Today gas has dropped back to $2.99. At least it's under $3.

I just paid $3.15 on Saturday.
Now it seems to be down to $3.09 at the cheaper stations. I pay $2.99 for a gallon of milk at our price club. Up from $2.18. |
Gas did come down to $2.81-2.83 here. Every so often the stations right off of I-95 will have a 'gas war'..one will drop the price 2 cents, and the others will follow gradually. Of course, when it comes to the gas war GAS ALWAYS WINS!! :dizzy:

At the station near me it's 3.04 today and one exit down the road it's $2.99. It was $3.09 for nearly a week.

$2.96 today. It's dropped 16 cents in 5 days.

$3.17 at a Mobil here in southern california...passed a Mobil I usually get gas at that was $3.07...an Arco near me had it at $3.05

$2.87 today in Iowa. I paid $3.09 in Minneapolis yesterday.

I don't even think the gas stations themselves know what's going on anymore. Stations that are usually typically in the same price range (within a penny or 2) near me are all over the place. I can find gas around here anywhere from about $2.84 to $3.05 (and that's all outside of the actual city--I'd hate to see the prices inside the District) :dizzy:
