That is really sad that they had treated her in such a way, I think I heard somewhere she is battling Bulimia.

It's really upsetting how celebrities are forced to be stick thin, I think that Lindsay Lohan look absolutely gorgeous before she lost all that weight, and frankly, many celebrities would look beautiful if they put on a few pounds.

Mi props to all that become open about a weight problem, as TV, at the forum I see people in the weight a want to be, and they still dieting....
But is a health matter, not only vanity, we need to be healthier and be on our ideal weight ... when I read this forum and I see Hollywood with that problem I see that I'm not alone and motivates me...

Actually, Maureen McCormick was bulimic during her "Marsha Brady" days. I hope being on this stupid show (my personal opinion, sorry if I offend) doesn't send her back down the ED road.

I caught a minute of the show last night(the very end),and I didn't see one person on there that needed to lose a significant amount of weight like they have had in the past.It would be nice to see more celebs promoting healthy eating and exercise, while going for a healthy look...kind of like when most celebs started in the business. Most looked great, but lost more weight to fit in.

Yep-Jennifer Aniston looked great in the beginning-and then ended up getting even skinnier and getting breast implants when she already looked great. Al Pacino was already a handsome man-and then went and got his teeth fixed/veneered. How much plastic surgery do Joan Rivers and Dolly Parton need? Remember when Michael Jackson was handsome in the 80's? Remember when Janet Jackson was beautiful before all of her surgeries? Remember when Nicole Richie had a good body, before she starved down to 89 pounds?

It is sad what Hollywood does to people...

Hollywood's standards are ridiculous. Something like 80% of actresses are technically 'underweight'.

Well, I finally got around to watching the show. I do think it's weird that none of the people on the show are exactly obese... they are definitely overweight though.
I enjoy the show - but I enjoy it for the sick twisted watch B-list celebs make jackasses of themselves reason... not for dieting and health tips. I wouldn't get those from that show (or the biggest loser for that matter).

and on a side note - can't wait to see Screech scrap w/ the big man. *LOL*

what did bug me about the show was that it seems they are getting thinner and thinner people all the time. when i watched it this last time i was like oh my, those people arent even fat! and they make it seem like they are huge. making it seem like being 170, 160 and below is huge when its not! needless to say i wont be watching the show anymore,. i can no longer relate. they dont have "real" cases anymore.

I agree.I liked watching it because you could see the dramatic results with the before and after, and really relate to the actors. It also let you see that actors are real people too and struggle with the same problems.I could have cared less about all the drama inbetween, but I guess they think thats what sold the show and now thats all it's about.I wont be watching this season.
