Don't ever be sorry to win KIDDO! Great finish, I thought Helton was a goner after he almost fell down on that second strike against Saito...one of the best closers. That's why I love baseball!

Dear Boston Red Sox

I have to get up very early in the morning to teach high school students. This makes me tired. But to support you I stay up every night and watch every single game. Please throw me a bone and win a game between now and the end of the season. My students love to taunt me each morning when we lose, and out the window of my classroom we see your park, so I'm reminded all day of your performance the night before.

Let's face the facts that Gagne was a mistake and sit his butt down until the end of the season and then find a way to get rid of him!!!!

My son can relate GIRL ~ we live in Padre and Chargers country...his high school students always give him a hard time about our DODGERS and RAIDERS.

As we used to say when Gagne was a DODGER ~GAME OVER!....sorry, I couldn't resist..

Watch out for my ANGELS...jumping on their bandwagon now...I'm so fickle....

How 'bout this one..your team is ahead in the standings all season..then they start falling apart with only 2 weeks left til the playoffs!

That nasty 'whatever' off the coast of FL may put a damper on our trip . We'll see what the next few days bring.

I thought we were wonderful hosts!!! What a fun four games!! I love a sweep! Especially with a couple of dramatic finishes! I love Helton!! And Holliday?!? What a stud!!! I think he deserves MVP! I hope he gets it!!

It's great to have less than 2 weeks of the season left and still be in the race. It's a great feeling! If those Padres don't start losing though, I don't think we'll make it, but it's still fun to think about!

NETTE If those padres win the pennant I will surely croak! My son in law just cannot get my daughter and the pennat in the same year

That just wouldn't be right or even ethical as far as I am concerned! Just not right AT ALL!

Well good news is we are in the playoffs!!!!

Bad news is we are only leading the division by 1.5 games. Oh well at least we are in, I would hate for those stupid Yanks to take it though.

I'm going on Tuesday, I'll have to bring them some luck
