I love painting and drawing every chance I get. I used to do it a lot more when I didnt have to work full time and I had studio space. Unfortunately I threw most of my paintings away in a fit one time...of course I regret that now.

I work with a lot of local bands and musicians - I do everything from booking, managing, promoting, graphics, etc. I love the job - just have to get to the point where I love the musicians I work with!
literature & writing
If only I had all the time I needed to read the books I own - I wouldnt be able to have a job! I love writing and plan to turn it into a career some day with magazine journalism - doing something with, you guessed it, music.


I definitely understand the "burn out" feeling...but to combat that, I always try to do something I love doing - whether it's as small as watching my favorite show with the cat or going out traveling to new places.

I'd have to say that my passion is running my (our) family life. OH sure, I enjoy making jewelry, reading, watching design and fashion shows, etc., etc., etc. But I get REAL joy out of having a household that runs smoothly and is fulfilling. I get a big thrill when a debt is payed off and we can move to the next one. Or buying our first house (which we're in the process of right now); I'm so happy that a big part of that was my management of the budget and our willingness to sacrifice. That's my biggest passion right now.

My passions are:
Writing-I love to dabble in fiction writing though I have never attempted to write anything for publication
Knitting-I love to knit but I'm not very good. I mean, I can't knit sweaters or socks or anything but love and am very content working on hats, purses and scarves.
Music-Specifically Contemporary Christian and Broadway. I have done a lot of theater and it is in my blood.
Travel-Love it! So many places I want to see and am looking forward to being able to travel more comfortably in the future!
Animals-Nothing I would not do to help one.
Reading-I love to read chick lit...it's just a fun time and it doesn't matter how many times the kidlets interrupt me because the story is easy to keep track of!
