WOW! That didn't take long for those stars to show up! I apologize...I didn't think that was bad! Sorry!

Gamerchick 03-04-2007 10:21 PM

I'm learning to play the violin now. I used to play cello. I WISH I could play the piano.

What made you fall in love with your significant person?

EZMONEY 03-04-2007 10:36 PM

 MY SO is my wife ~ I fell in  LOVE  with her because she had a mini-van. It would hold her and her daughter, me and my two kids. All I had was a truck.

SAME QUESTION

shelby897 03-04-2007 10:42 PM

So superficial of you -- I would have never thought that -- you are so lucky she was willing to share -- what happened to your truck? (My husband finally got rid of his "single guy ride" after two kids!! However, he had no problem with keeping it, the kids were welcome to come along for a ride, I was the one who had no where to sit!!

Fell in love with significant other -- he was cute in a shy, quiet kind of way (don't know where THAT guy went??), I was very, very poor, living on my own and he started to "take care of me" (which made my dad VERY happy, meant his turn was over!!) and he is SO sweet!! Also, the way he interacted with his family was amazing!! I could go on and on but I won't!!

Same question.

Gamerchick 03-04-2007 10:47 PM

I fell in love with him because inside he is an extremely good person, but he has that anti-social and "I don't care" outside. And he accepts me for who I am knowing my weight. And he said, "I've never thought of you as fat." He listens to everything I have to complain about, and he's always so patient. And because he makes fun of me often lovingly :o

Sometimes things just click!

Anyways...Same question for the next taker!

SHE NEEDED GAS MONEY....

-- what happened to your truck?

OK, I met her in '95 married her in '96...I had a '93 Ford Ranger...which I gave to my ex-wife in 2004 when I got my new truck! My Ranger had 300,000+ on it. I HONESTLY just left my ex-wife's place an hour ago, with Angie..we went for dinner...and it was sitting in the driveway!

Couldn't make Angie sit in the back...no seatbelts..here in California we are civilized...well, I'm SUPPOSED to be! ;)

ANOTHER KEEPER!

SAME QUESTION~

shelby897 03-04-2007 11:26 PM

You know Gary, the last time we visited my parent's without the kids, before Dave sold the truck, my father was kind enough to strap a lawn chair in the back before we left for me to sit in so Dave could keep his truck!!

sweet_talker 03-04-2007 11:41 PM

he is the most loving, devoted, hilarious, ridiculous person I've ever met and even though he's kinda out there (which i love) he's still able to be friends with people from every group (we've a very eclectic group of friends). and i love that he's really open with stuff. *sigh*

do you take a multivitamin? (a little lighter of a topic, eh? just a random thing that popped into my head)

melekalikimaka 03-05-2007 01:26 AM

I'm supposed to take a multi-vit but I don't always remember...

I fell in love w/my SO because he "got" me... my wicked, sardonic humor and everything, and took me as I was. Besides, he's fabulously handsome too. :T

Fashion trends the year I graduated: big, permed long wavy hair, stirrup pants and long shirts, skinny jeans tucked into boots (yuck).... i don't remember much more.

Instruments I can play: piano (my first love), drums & percussion instruments, some guitar (and I use the term "some" very loosely)... oh! and of course, the ukulele (all public school 4th graders learn this in Hawaiiana, or they used to anyway). I wish I could play the cello, I love it's soulful sound.

# of students in my graduating class -- 450+

Hmmm, next question: if you were to describe yourself as an animal, what would it be?

srmb60 03-05-2007 08:27 AM

a cat, feed me, let me outside to wander and then I'll come home wash and sleep

are you still in you jammies?

shelby897 03-05-2007 08:42 AM

Still in jammies -- headed for the shower and gym.

What is the latest you have ever still been in your jammies?

ennay 03-05-2007 08:56 AM

nope, I'm in my running clothes.. baby got me up early, waiting until its time to go meet my running partner.

and...I've been in my jammies all day before.

Bwahahah- I love your signature quote shelby!

ummm did you suck your thumb when you were little?

srmb60 03-05-2007 08:56 AM

I have stayed in my pyjamas until I had to get ready for working at 3 pm. And on Christmas, when the kids were smaller, we just never got dressed.

Do you go outside in your pyjamas?

Is that really me 03-05-2007 11:00 AM

Only in the non-ratty ones!

What book that, when you pick it up, you just have to read the whole thing?

junebug41 03-05-2007 11:03 AM

Daisy Fay And The Miracle Man by Fannie Flagg (Fried green Tomatoes-fame)

also, The Liar's Club by Mary Karr.

same question.
