OK I listened to the little devil and had the hot dogs. I bought Oscar Mayer 98% fat free franks and Hormel Turkey Chili. But would just 1 take care of the craving NOOOOO, I ate 3. And the stupid scales are up 3 pounds today. But after looking at the sodium in the dogs and chili, I now know why. The dogs are like 490g each and the chili is 1250g per a cup(which I did not have near that much). DANG, I will never beat this plateau and the hot dogs were not worth the scale damage.

I'm craving a really good deli sandwich with thick soft bread. The only place that might satisfy this craving is about 30 miles away. When I lived in CO, there were 2 places within 5 miles of my home that satisfied this craving. Oh well.

OK, stop the food porn...I just had oatmeal with skim and a few strawberries.

for those of you who are addicted to the lettuce wraps....I can make a reasonable substitute at home...cooked diced chicken breast, low sodium soy, I use chopped raw cashews (or peanuts) a little red chili sauce (Thai-style) and garlic rice vinegar to taste, onion, etc.....I warm it in fry pan, then cool serve on butter lettuce wraps....much less fat & calories.

They also serve this appetizer at Chili's...very similar.

Now I think I'm going out for dinner tonight.....dang!

I'm not craving these, but I can't keep my mind off the Girl Scout cookies that I bought on a whim. Hopefully I can pawn them off ASAP. I haven't opened them yet!

Really good Italian loaf of bread with butter, or just make it into garlic bread, that too. Chicken teriyaki Subway grinder. Peas. Vegetable biryani. Naan. Lamb saag. Mkay...I'm making myself hungry. The end.

Today...cake! White cake with the whipped (cool whip type) frosting. I'm glad no one's birthday is soon, who knows what would happen, lol!
