EZ-I think so.

Laura's is very low fat first of all-96%lean/4% fat...but the biggest thing for me, is that the beef is grown without all of the hormones and antibiotics and crap they pump in the average beef cow.

My inlaws, and my father have all raised cows and other animals for meat-they live on farms-and they don't give them all that stuff-but mass produced meat usually does.

I like the idea of not eating meat that is all "hopped up" on chemicals and drugs. I also buy organic produce when possible...but that is a whole other rant.

Went to Target and got about 15 shirts. Jewelry. Four pairs of shoes. Make-up. Green tea pills. Junk food for the people in the family who wanted it. Energy drinks.

Then went to Whole Foods and got fat free skim milk, fat free plain yogurt, bran cereal, rice hot cereal, cream of wheat, fruit salad, strawberries, salsa, green tea, tofu, sushi, and that's about it. *shrugs*

Awww Amanda, so sorry. I have been sick for 2 weeks now, so I feel your pain.

We are at prime tt age and dd is learning quickly that is a short road to nowhere. After lunch the other day I needed to get cough syrup. She loves to shop. First she started whining because she wanted to go to Safeway not rite aid. Cut that short with a glare. Then we went in riteaid and they only have those little bitty carts. With a sigh of relief I hefted the infant carrier in the front. (We had just walked 4 blocks from the restaurant rather than repark. That dang thing is HEAVY). She immediately did a melt down "I want to sit in the cart" whine and I picked him back out grabbed her hand and marched out of the store and the 4 blocks back to the car. Did I mention she LOVES shopping? Whoo buddy.

But I still didnt have my cough syrup. Who exactly got punished there?

I haven't bought anything today yet, but my husband was teasing me earlier for the amount of yarn I bought this month.

I think I replaced my food addiction with crochet! It's not my fault that everone's having babies... and babies do need blankets.
