midwife, we don't have many landmarks here. LOL, but if you come into a fairly good-sized city, it's probably Tulsa or OK City.

It is really embarassing to go to the Mall and not be able to find your car when you come out. Or wal-mart for that matter.

ALLISON ~ I think she just came down the mountain and took the 215 North instead of south to the 10 and home ~ right? left? 50/50

one question though ~ being 16 and a new driver is she allowed to be driving other kids?

hehehe. I don't drive, and I may never drive. Part of that is being completely directionally challenged. I really didn't get the hang of left and right until Jr high even... which is pathetic.
People would call my work and ask for directions on how to get to us and i'd have to pass the phone off to someone else. No freaking way.
However with a google map and being in the passenger seat, I can get my hubby anywhere he needs to go.

She's not allowed to drive other kids unless there is someone age 25 or older in the car (and preferably in the front seat to help watch for danger). Her friend from work was along. She fits that category, albeit she's a bit of an airhead!

And the route she took, who knows. I'm thinking she came off the mountain via the back side down 247 into Landers rather than the 18 down to the 10. I've never gone that way myself, and she said she probably wouldn't have made the mistake had she been in my car that has a compass--she would have known that north was incorrect. Anyway, it made a good story!
