  • Chilled caffein free green tea with pomegranite. I lightly sweeten it with cane sugar so its only 24 calories a glass. I think next time I will try using wildflower honey to sweeten it.
  • Spring water, I prefer to eat my calories .
  • In general I drink mineral water. But for the whole week only one liter direct juice.
  • I like Strawberry Oat Smoothie a lot!)

    My go-to drink ever since I started getting on the fitness wagon 2 years ago has been my good morning coffee which is the best coffee to drink for weight loss. I have lost 10kgs in 3 months just by drinking this! Curious to know more?
