  • iced tea with a couple lime slices squeezed in and sweetened with stevia
  • Beer. Port.
  • slushy made with Nectar Sweets "fuzzy navel" (zero carbs/zero fat/zero sugar/24 g protein) with a squirt of skinny Girl Pineapple Coconut sweetener; more slush than flavor but it helps to cut the fruit craving I was having.
  • Water...again....Getting tired of water.
