Well, I went for the mail, did a bank deposit, had lunch at the Diner, had a quick work meeting, shoveled the decks, worked on a quilt, changed into party clothes and now I'm eating a small snack to sustain me through the pre-dinner drinks at the Mayor's house.

Is bacon really...I mean REALLY that bad for you if it's on sale at Fresh and Easy for 3 packs for $6 (12 to 16 oz. varities)?
