I was wondering if any of you ladies make any fruit shakes, and if so what are you all mixing? I've made a fat free yogurt/banana shake and it was so good. I think its a great alternative for a treat and will keep you satisfied. I'm also interested in some recipes so let me know.

I do yogurt, frozen berries and a splash of fruit juice to thin it out. The frozen berries make it almost like a creamy slushie.

I make fruit smoothies for breakfast with the following:
-1/2 c. frozen blueberries
-1/2 c. frozen peaches
-1/3 c. plain ff yogurt
-1/2 c. 8th continent light vanilla soy milk
-1/8 c. psyllium husk powder
11 g protein and 10 g of fiber! Its super-filling.
