I'm addicted to soda so I can't help. Do you like the diet version? What I did to REDUCE it was alternate with water. That is a rule. I start with water in the day (17oz bottle), then I can have a 12oz diet pepsi, then 17oz of water, etc and my day must END with the 4th bottle (making 64oz) of water. If I want anything after that...it must be water. That makes 2 sodas a day and I'm too full from all the water to care. I really used to drink a LOT more. Ideally I would get off them because when I get stressed, this rule goes out the window a little.
