When I first started what I thought was going to be "just a diet" this is the meal I had planned for when I reached goal. Large home-made chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and all covered in white gravy, fried okra, home-made macaroni and cheese hot buttered biscuits with hot cherry pie and vanilla ice cream for dessert. I reached maintenance almost 7 weeks ago and I haven't eaten one bite of this food, after all the hard work I have put forth it just isn't worth it. But, it's nice to dream.
