Default Cracked Wheat?

Hi.

As a neighbour from the UK I was hoping somebody might be able to tell me what the English version of cracked wheat would be. I can't find it in the shops here and I need it for a Bread Machine recipe.

I have worked out that Molasses is black treacle and corn meal is polenta but the nearest I can come to with cracked wheat is Bulgur wheat. Any ideas ?

Also I know that an American food cup measurement is different to a UK one and I have a set of US cups but what about tablespoons and teaspoons? An English tablespoon is 15ml and a teaspoon is 5ml.

Thanxs in advance

Kate
