I find I only like certain fruits and apples aren't one of them. I get frozen fuits and pre measure them into snack baggies and eat them through the day. Also I find if I don't cut the orange before I leave I won't eat it because I don't want the mess of peeling it a work. My fruit snacks for the day usually include:
4 oz. Blueberries
4 oz. Strawberries
4 oz. Peaches
1 pre cut Orange
