My fav from subway is a 6" turkey sub on the Italian Herb and Cheese... I do get American cheese on it which is an extra 40 calories but then I load it up with veggies and spicy mustard....yummy
I love Subway's turkey subs. I get my 12" on whole wheat, dry, with no cheese and lots of veggies. I'm a big eater, so I eat one half for lunch and then may need to "snack" on the other half throughout the afternoon.
I usually get the Veggie with extra veggies, spicy mustard, and vinegar on wheat. Yummy! But if I'm on a binge then I go for the Spicy Italian (still with extra veggies on wheat).
