Yes! I made this. It was gooooood. Only thing is you gott have parchment paper. I had forgotten to buy it so searched internet for substitute and came up with foil sprayed with pam. Uhhhh, on the heavier part of my pizza it didn't work so the corners were awesome. Could pick it up and eat like pizza, but ths center got stuck and had to be eaten with a fork.
I did load it up though: turkey pepperoni, turkey italian sausage, artichokes, mushrooms and red onions and 2% mozzarella. The whole pizza was 1100 cals. Each piece was 137. I'm sure simplifying the toppings would bring down the calories. I did make the crust with cheese and a whole egg. Then again my focus was low carb.
