OMG, the best snack ever!
I was just rummaging through my kitchen as I needed to eat a few more calories because I was low on my count for today. I still had half a banana in the fridge and wanted to have some peanutbutter. Then I thought, cant I mix the peanutbutter with some chocolate sprinkles and dip the banana in it? Then came this high proteine and high fiber idea:
put in a small bowl:
10 gram of bran (you know, the high fibre healthy stuff!)
1 tbs peanutbutter
10 gram of 70% pure chocolate
1/2 teaspoon of water
microwave for 1 minute till melted, mix it up and you have a very crusty peanut-chocolate mixture. Put it on the bottom of a small flat bowl and put the slices of banana on top. Every bite taste like a mini banana chocolate pie.. it's so delicious!

I bet you could replace the chocolate for just cacao powder and it would be about the same, the peanutbutter already brings the fatty-moist texture to the mix.
