For me the Oh Yeah Wafer bars, Atkins Advantage, Pure Protein, and Power Crunch. All of these are relatively low in the above and I have a problem with low blood sugar and have to eat about every 3 to 4 hours or sooner. These have served me well and are palatable. I love the Labara (sp?) Rock and Roll bars, but have to be very careful with these.
i'm not on any "special restrictions" but i'm trying to get my sugars the natural way and stay away from sugar alcohols as much as possible.

goin to the store today.. will see what i end up with!

thanks everyone

I really like the South Beach Living High Protein Peanut Butter bars. I also like the Kashi Crunchy bars but they're a little too much like a candybar for me to feel too good about. I tend to use the bars as a quick breakfast or a snack between lunch and dinner.

I love the NuGo banana chocolate bars, they're 190 calories for a decent-sized bar, and chock full of protein so they're actually filling. I bought a box on Amazon.com, but I went through it too fast so I probably won't be able to treat myself to that again.

Big fan of Cliff and Zone Perfect bars -- I'll eat 'em for breakfast -- both very tasty and both keep me from munching until it's actually lunch time.

I eat a Luna bar for breakfast 2-3 times per week. Most have 180 cals. Those have good numbers and flavors; I recommend.

If you don't go for bars, then sounds like you might want eggs or peanut butter for protein (though probably not together )
