Default Meal planning and calorie counting
Does anyone know of low cal, low fat, *tasty* meal planning sites that has menus to download? Also, I am looking *everywhere* for calorie/nutritional listings of sushi. Does anyone have any information?

Depends on what the sushi is made of. www.meals4you.com is a good site for menus.
