I have no problem moderating my intake of dark chocolate....
...because the whole time I'm eating it I'm wishing it tasted like white chocolate, the only kind I like by itself.
I do love dark chocolate grated in flecks on top of some light ice cream or frozen yogurt - it tastes divine with strawberry, cherry vanilla or vanilla bean. I get a sweet treat with calcium and extra antioxidants on top!

The trick is to use one of those cute little crystal bowls, a small spoon, and an exact ice cream disher - automatic portion control.
