I get one of those pound plus bars at Trader Joe's. I break it up along the lines. Then I freeze the squares. I take out one or two and let them come up to eating temperature. It is sort of hard to frozen stuff impulsively.

I have no problem moderating my intake of dark chocolate....

...because the whole time I'm eating it I'm wishing it tasted like white chocolate, the only kind I like by itself.

I do love dark chocolate grated in flecks on top of some light ice cream or frozen yogurt - it tastes divine with strawberry, cherry vanilla or vanilla bean. I get a sweet treat with calcium and extra antioxidants on top! The trick is to use one of those cute little crystal bowls, a small spoon, and an exact ice cream disher - automatic portion control.

What about limiting yourself to one of those Cocovia bars. They're only 100 calories and individually wrapped. The Blueberry Almond one sounds good! I eat chocolate every day as one of my snacks/mini meals.
