Question Has anyone tried flavor spray?

I just read an article about David Burke's flavor sprays(www.flavorspraydiet.com) and was wondering if anyone has tried them. I would love to hear your feed back!

I have not tried them but I did download the information on the ingredients and nutritional label. Basically water, chemicals, sucralose and preservatives. Not sure how important this is to you but something to make note of.

Here's my concern: After finding out that I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray is 900 calories and 90 grams of fat a bottle, I have to wonder if this is the same with these sprays. Of course, if the flavor is weak to some folks, they'll spray some more on, not knowing that after 1-2 sprays, the calories and fat start adding up.

Now, I don't know this to be true of these sprays, just saying, I'd call the company first and see if this is the case before ordering. They are expensive just for the bottles alone, never mind the shipping and handling. Not to mention, if it is indeed, the same case scenario as the ICBINB spray, who wants to risk adding more calories that folks didn't count on, somewhat sabotaging their calorie counts?

Do your research, or you'll be like me- scratching your head, wondering why you're not losing weight, even though you *think* you're cutting out calories and fat everyday.

WOW, I didnt know that about I Cant Believe Its Not Butter. I know a company can legally report something as "calorie free" if there's less than 5 calories a serving... but WOW! That's nuts!

Seems like a giant waste of money considering that similar flavors are available in the McCormick brand (and I'm sure other brands of) extracts already in the grocery store. In fact, there are alot more flavor extracts you could find or mix. Filling a spritzing bottle with these extracts, probably diluted somewhat probably with vodka (for safer long term storage in the fridge) and tahdah you have your own flavor spray. Even diluted 1/2 and 1/2 with vodka, you wouldn't spray more than a tsp's worth, so the calories added would be negligible.
