Here's my concern: After finding out that I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray is 900 calories and 90 grams of fat a bottle, I have to wonder if this is the same with these sprays. Of course, if the flavor is weak to some folks, they'll spray some more on, not knowing that after 1-2 sprays, the calories and fat start adding up.
Now, I don't know this to be true of these sprays, just saying, I'd call the company first and see if this is the case before ordering. They are expensive just for the bottles alone, never mind the shipping and handling. Not to mention, if it is indeed, the same case scenario as the ICBINB spray, who wants to risk adding more calories that folks didn't count on, somewhat sabotaging their calorie counts?
Do your research, or you'll be like me- scratching your head, wondering why you're not losing weight, even though you *think* you're cutting out calories and fat everyday.
