Hi Diva, I've been using WATP for almost a year. I've lost a good deal of weight (123 lbs to date), but I think much of that comes from changing eating habits.
I started feeling much more energetic and had more stamina as I continued to use the WATP tapes, some of which was a direct result of losing weight, but some as a result of exercising.
Now I count calories, but still stay away from sugar, refined flour and processed foods as much as possible.
I started using the 1 mile WATP, then have continued moving up. Now I usually do the 3 mile express.
