Here I am at 3FC for the umteenth time, wanting to shed some weight. I got sidelined in February with a shoulder injury just after starting TJ, but I would like to get back into it. I would like to have an email buddy or two (I find it difficult to keep up with forum threads) who are just starting to do TJ. Maybe we can motivate each other.

BTW--I'm 42, married with 2 kids--one a very inquisitive preschooler who will get into everything she shouldn't when I'm trying to workout. I'd like to lose about 40lbs or get into a comfortable size 12 from a tight size 16.

Hi! I have been doing Turbo Jam onand off for awhile. Two weeks ago I really started to get back into it and have lost 4 lbs. I love to hear how turbo jam has helped other people.
I've been doing Turbo for about six weeks now, and I'm loving it. Although my boyfriend is getting tired of me trying to punch and kick him, especially since he is a brown belt in karate!
I've only lost two pounds on the scale, but my body is much leaner, so I know I'm building muscle and losing fat!
