Hiya Marie! Well, "Dance off the Inches" seems to be a series of DVDs, and I have the one called "Fat Blasting Jam". It is 35 minutes, with a warm up and cool down. It includes a separate pose guide to watch that shows all of the 10 moves- this really helped me to get to grips with the steps before I began. I still tripped over myself a lot, lol! But I think once I've got the hang of the steps it will be easy enough to keep up with and fun to do.

The workout progresses through different dance styles, so she introduces a few steps, then builds it up, adding new steps until you are doing the whole routine. Then after you've gone through that routine a couple of times she begins a new routine with a different feel. I liked that because just when it got really tricky for me it would be time to go onto something new. I felt really lively and light after doing this DVD, but I didn't feel like I was working out while I was doing it, it has a nice party vibe to it

Today I did over half an hour of yoga followed by the one mile Walk Away the Pounds with weights. So, that puts me at a grand total of 1440 minutes of exercise this month, and 43 miles of WATP DVDs... not bad!

Woohoo on so many of us meeting our goal. I finally met mine today with 42 minutes walked (2 and 1/2 miles). Hopefully things will slow down this week and I can post some! TTYL

Hi Everyone!!! Happy Halloween!!

Here are my October numbers...
Walking: 65 miles
Jogging: 57 miles
Exercycle: 10 miles
Rollerblading: 4 miles

This morning I'd used the exercycle for 10 miles. I'm in a funk about walking (not wanting to do it) so I'm trying to add variety. So CurlyGrrl, I think I will order the Dance the Inches off series. Thanks for so much great info. I love the idea of dancing and pepping me up since winter is coming and I HATE winter.
