WALk away the pounds
I know that there is probally a thread around here somewhere about this series., but i dont see it so.......
I love this series! i have a 2 mile tape. so i decided to get the walk strong one. I love it! it adds more toning in it. yet the moves are simple and easy to keep up with. YET you break a sweat. and it is only 30 mins long, so it is good for the days that i am really busy. i did it for the first time yesterday. and i really got into it and ohhhhhh the muscles ache today. lol.
