How about PUSH? It's a DVD that lets you choose a personal trainer, and you can choose the beginner level. The DVD has several parts including exercises to build strength as well as cardio. You can choose the type of cardio you want, which could be yoga, dance, etc. The way it works is that you start out as a beginner which is nice and slow, then every month they send you a new DVD that increases the intensity just a little bit, so you are always growing with it. However, you don't have to keep getting them.
