Good luck with it! I really like his workouts but they are tough! I found some new muscles when I first started the elite workout and wow did they hurt! I can get through the whole workout but I cannot do all the reps that they have you do yet. I'll get there and so will you.

Have fun with it!

Cha
Let us know how it goes. Tae Bo is a lot of fun. I can't wait to get back into it. My tv is in the repair shop and our only other tv won't work with my dvd player! I've been stuck just using some old video tape workouts and only have 1 Tae Bo workout on tape! Oh well, hopefully soon

I am trying to motivate myself to do my Taebo DVDs/VHS tapes. They are so challenging and I need to be ready to work my butt off. I am a Taebo addict. I like to mix it up a bit. I will keep you up to date. We shall see when I will get off my butt to start them up again.

Embarrassed to say I haven't even turned the DVD on again! I'm just not sure I can get the hang of it! Think I'll stick to my cycling for my fitness!

Okay I just had to post my results.

I noticed and other people noticed I am toning up and lost weight from doing tae bo , but its not showing on the scale. I am maintaining.

I notice I lost at least 2 inch off of my waist and 1 1/2 inch off my hips. I can wear a size 14 now comfortably. And my arms have never been as toned as they are right now. I am very impressed and i did it without the billy bands. I have been doing tae bo at least 4-5x week.I ll post my pictures before and after(only a month) but its a difference.

so this month I am steppin it up with the billy bands and running and weight training 2x a week.

That's awesome! I'm glad you are seeing the results. Your weight might be stuck because you're gaining muscle and the inches you've dropped might be from losing fat. Can't complain about that.

I really love Tae Bo and the results are great!. I'm waiting to get back into it again myself. My tv is down and my only replacement won't hook up to my dvd player, so I'm stuck with my old tapes. Oh well, hopefully soon!

Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the encouragement and the advice .Its so frustrating to not see the scale go down. I hope everything goes well with your TV and dvd player.
