Can I join your group? I have 37 days until my vacation and I know that SI6 works. I just need someone to drag me out of the bed each morning (the only time that I have for myself) at 4:30 AM to do this!
how are u gals doing???? today is the day i start SI6...again. no, really this time. I have an hour and a half to waste while i wait for my bf to come pick me up from work, so I might as well work out. I hope all you girls are getting your SI6 in!!
I did ramp it up!!! woo hoo. I forgot how intense it was (nothing compared to burn it up) I was sweating like crazy and breathing all hard. but now i feel great.
hi girls..looks like no one has posted here in a while... have y'all given up?!? oh well I need someone to chat with.. I alternate between Slim in 6 and the Urban Rebounder. Started May 1st and am down 6 lbs. I'm at Burn it Up now and boy is it tough!
Tomorrow will be day 1 of Slim in 6 for me(oh poop, it's going to be hard!)
Then the streanght training on Power 90 for day 2(EEK!!)

I have the DVDs for Slim in Six, but I don't have a schedule/plan... I'm assuming that one came with the videos, but I got them as a solo package on Ebay
She mentions in Start it Up AND Ramp It Up about doing the programs everyday... seems a little much, but if that is how it's supposed to work I'll try it... Any tips/suggestions/anything...
From what I understand, you do the Start it up for a few days until you get used to the moves, then go to Ramp it up for 2 weeks and a month of Burn it up.
I use the ab video and the streching everyday, seems to work for me!

Are you just starting Slim in 6? Or have you tried the videos already??
I just started... I did Start it Up one time and that it was a little too easy, so I went right into Ramp it Up... This everday thing is time consuming, but it seems like it will be worth it!
