Default Body Flex

I saw postings from 2000 from users of Body Flex by Greer Childers. Most seemed happy and sucessful that used it. I am curious if any are still around here and if so did you continue to practice it and any comments? I would love to hear opinions from any currently using it also.

I have been doing the Body Flex from videos of 1999 and lost an inch on my waistline and feel more energetic in about two weeks.

I see this was moved, I haven't been to this site for quite some time and see it has been revamped. I am not trying to sell anything (I bought my tapes at a thrift store several years ago ). I just thought posing this ? here might tell me how it works long term if I could find some of the posters from the old thread. As I said I would love to hear from others also. I was skeptical of something that claims to help you lose inches by breathing ( and a few isometric exercises) but it seems to be working so far. I think before , I didn't do them regularly soo. maybe that was why

I actually bought the Body Flex with the bar. I let my friend borrow it though and have not seen it since. My mother however has used this work out a couple of different times in her past and swears by it. I saw how great she looked when using them. One time she lost ALOT of inches. When I find out exactly how much I will post it. The downside is you can't do it in front of people because you crack up because of how silly you look doing it.

I hope you will post your mother's long term results here -- as far as if she kept it up & or found it helpful in any way. I have been doing it for almost a month now and if I do skip a day I really miss it. I have lost about an inch on my waist which is definetly my trouble area so it must be helping. I haven't noticed an inch loss in other areas, but my jeans are looser all over. I also feel more energetic. So I think there is something to it. It certainly is a brief session but worthwhile.
