I reported that I did not get a workout in yesterday. But last night I noticed that my steps were really low. I decided to put some music on my phone and dance to get my steps in. I didn't think about the fitness tracker part of the phone. I got the notice this morning on my phone that I danced for 39.04 minutes. I was thrilled to see this. It was really an encouragement to see this small last minute decision amounted to something.
