4 miles biked Got my pain patch lowered to a smaller one Friday. Yesterday was the first day in a week I managed to stay awake all day without taking multiple naps. It just barely covers the pain but I would rather have a bit of pain and be alert than be completely pain free and be in bed and a zombie if that makes any sense. Medicines are sure tricky to get right. I fed and watered the baby chicks this morning without feeling like I was going to fall over and worked out, now if I can stretch and get another bike session in I will feel really accomplished today. If I don't manage anything else I will still feel good though. |

I will be attending a baby shower today. Not sure about getting a workout in. We'll see what happens. I am still working on getting my daily steps. My goal is to get the monthly average at 10,000, which is proving to be difficult. My low step days are really low because I have a lot going on those days. I'm probably glued to my desk. took advantage of the weather today and went for several power walks. that included power walking to the recycling center and to lunch after that. my fitness goals for today have been attained. :D
