  • power walked home from my meeting tonight. took the short way home as I had a loss this week at my tops meeting.
  • 15 min. bodyflex. Company coming for supper. Lots to do yet.
  • just got back from power walking and running errands in a nearby community. will go for another power walk and run two more errands in a few minutes.
  • Dance walk.
  • just got back from power walking and running an errand. my fitness goals for today have been attained.
  • Busy couple of days with no walking. Broken down vehicles and doctors appointments, I just haven't had the opportunity or the motivation to exercise. I have been spring cleaning and sorting through the years accumulation of clutter and getting rid of it as well so I have been moving a bit.
  • I know the cleaning thing. When I have lots of company, that's what I do.
  • 15 min. bodyflex.
  • Interval walk.
  • 5 min. elliptical.......so boring.
  • 2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work this morning. power walk and running errands during my lunch break. will go for another power walk in a few minutes.
  • More bodyflex..............what I do when I can't get the dvd to work. ha
