New to Leslie Sansone
Hi all,
As the weather is bad and I can't afford gym membership for classes, I am turning to fitness videos once more.
I have found a few I am happy with for toning and strength, but still looking for cardio.
I used to sweat by Jillian Michaels but now I am older (and wiser!?) I am hoping for something lower impact and that lead me to Walk away the pounds.
I see the workouts seem pretty popular on here and I just did my first one and really enjoyed it.
However, there are loads. Is there an order? Progression? I am thinking about the online subscription and trying the first month free offer but wanted input on how the system works.
I did the 15 minute one mile video on youtube today and it has left me itching for more!
Any guidance appreciated!
