carolr, hope the physical goes well. did 2 miles of leslie sansone's party hiit this morning. will be going for a power walk and to run an errand in a few minutes.

She refused me because I have white coat hypertension.

carolr, that's too bad that the physical didn't go well. I went for a power walk and to run errands in a nearby community this afternoon. i'll go for another power walk and to run one more errand on my way to a meeting tonight. i'll go for a power walk on the way home.

Thanks, ciecie. I don't really want the surgery but my husband if insisting. Walk away you stress.

have to agree about walking away your stress. I've walked a lot of mine since I started using leslie sansone's walk away the pounds app and my fitness pal.
