Diana thanks for making me feel welcome. :) You do a lot of varied workouts - are they all DVDs you have? I did 45 minutes on the stepper at the gym again yesterday the 19th. I'm a bit scared of most of the equipment. But I do enjoy the stepper with some music. Take care everyone. |
Smilingin2013 I mostly use DVD's. I have an embarrassingly large collection. :o Ever so often I will do something from youtube. Does your gym have group classes? I used to love them when I was a gym member.

Diana- I tend to workout harder at the YMCA in a group class with the fear of looking stupid. At home, I can get distracted by my phone & dogs. However, working out at home works better with my schedule most of the time. today- elip 30 min |
Diana - I use to love group fitness - but working with three kids meant I could never make the times at the local classes ...
I do belong to a 24 Gym so I'm going to go when I can .... which is usually at night about 9 ish .... I have always loved fitness stuff and find that easier to do than food - though I know you need both. ;) Your collection must be massive !! Teacher1 - I'm a teacher too :) |

Smiling: I use a mix of DVDs, videos from GaiamTV.com and DailyBurn.com. Variety is important so you don't get bored and so your body doesn't get so efficient at a particular routine that it no longer burns the fat. Whatever works for your schedule and you enjoy is what is best for you. Glad to have you in our group!
