30 Day Shred
Yesterday I started doing the 30DS dvd again. I don't do too many dvds but when I've done this in the past I totally felt it. I don't think I've ever done a full 30 days..:-/
So I am trying it again! I just don't have as much time to spend in the gym as I would like to. I have a lot of fat to lose, not just toning. I am hoping to be able to continue adding some addition cardio. Has anyone experience fat loss by doing this? I don't want to just tone all the muscle under my flab lol
