Feeling much better! It occurred to me that I had not been eating enough and that I was consuming most of my carbs in my morning smoothies. Monday night I joined the Atkins community. They have tools, trackers, menu planning, recipes and support--all for free. They even accommodate vegetarians (like me) and vegans. After following the program one day as best as I could (as I hadn't shopped yet), I feel a whole lot better. It may take a few days for my metabolism to adjust to eating so much again before my body starts shedding the pounds. But I was hardly eating and still not losing before. I realize now that that was the problem. Intermittent fasting just doesn't work for me. Neither does carb rotation and cheat days. They just trigger binges. With the Atkins app in my phone, I always have a carb counter, menus, recipes, and restaurant options handy. This combined with Daily Burn should give me a more sensible healthy approach to weight loss and fitness. I will let you know how it works out for me as I progress.

Deb Thank you. Good luck with Atkins. I know a lot of people who have been very successful with it. Yesterday was a rough day for me. I have been struggling with my hormones and my TTOM was late. I have also been dealing with hormonal insomnia for the last couple of weeks. Everything just erupted with me, yesterday. I fell off the wagon yesterday (eating). Overall, I have had such a rough time the last few years, with losing my parents, thyroid getting out of whack, hormones (perimenopause/menopause), etc. I am just soooooooo over everything. I am ready to get my head back in the game and accomplish something again. Geesh, I'm just over it all.
Teacher I'm right there with you. Yesterday was bad for me. Good luck to you.
I would like to share a funny. Hopefully to give all of us a laugh.
DH likes to get snacks, sit in the recliner and watch TV. Cody will start off whining for DH to share with him. If DH doesn't share, Cody will put his front legs up on the arm of the chair or DH's leg to get closer to the action and hoping to snag a bite. If DH is still not compliant Cody will snort and blow "stuff" all over DH. DH thinks Cody does this on purpose to "dirty" the food so DH will give it to him. Is Cody smart or rude?
