Three and a half mile walk outside. Started at 8:15 and it is already too hot and humid to walk. Clothes were drenched when we got home an hour later.

Well the arthritis has hit my left ankle. Wonder how long I'll be exercising.

Oh no! That will make walking hard. I was looking in my crockpot cookbook for a recipe and there was a little write up about hot red hot chili peppers are good for arthritis. I thought of you!

I walked five miles out side this am with DH. He hurt his back in a car wreck about a month ago and can't do the Leslie DVDs so he always wants to walk outside, so I do. It wasn't as hot as Saturday but still bad.

I have to work next week but they pay me extra for that. I do a lot of work on the database that needs to be done. Then the traveling begins!
