Hi gang!

I've been MIA for a long time, I know, but I'm back! I've been intermittently working out, and travelling a lot. Currently I am in Pakistan for the next few weeks visiting family. Since I am in one place, workouts will hopefully be more regular. I did Supreme 90 Day Tabata Inferno today.

Thanks Diana! It's good to be back! I did Supreme 90 Chest and Back today.

I keep going between different workouts - but I do like Supreme 90 because the workouts are nice and short!! It is easy to motivate myself to do them because of that.

It is Ramadan right now so I am fasting during the days. So what I am doing is at sunset, when it is time to eat/drink again, I have some fruit to give me energy, drink some water, and then workout. And then I eat properly after that. Two days so far and it is going well.

how do you like the turbofire workout? the infomercial always catches my attention and i was just wondering how it stacks up against say the zumba workouts. i do zumba 1hr mon, tue, and thurs if im off work and am interested in the turbofire too.
i love a good booty shaking workout!!

GuardDawg I've never taken a Zumba class. I think Teacher takes the classes, so she can probably compare for you. I have done a Zumba DVD workout and Turbo Fire is a lot more intense than the Zumba DVD's.

I think Turbo Fire is very comparable to a zumba class. It's fun and you shake it. I like TF a lot but I tend to personally workout harder in a class. TF is great to have when you can't make a class. :carrot:

today i got brave and tried a new y class-
rip and ride- it's a cycling class with 2-3 breaks for core work or weights

I thought I was going to die the first 5 minutes of class. I have no clue how I lasted an hour. It wasn't pretty but I know I got a great workout. I think I'll go again Thurs. if I can walk.

Teacher Ha Ha! That's so funny, we do something that just about kills us and we can't walk for a week. Then we say, Oh, I think I will do that again in 2 days! :lol: We love the torture! ;) Great job on getting through that tough workout!

I'm not a mother, but from what I hear the same phenom occurs w/ childbirth. My friends SWEAR each kid is the last during labor. Next thing I know we are squealing w/ delight when they turn up preggers again!
