According to denise austin's videos, and on her lifetime shows (which was cancelled), she says with her workout, its about 350 calories burned in 30 minutes. Of course it differs a bit depending on weight, and activity level. I know its true, when I lost a lot of weight years ago, I worked out for 60 minutes, 5 days per week and I went from 172 down to 138 in 6 months.
