Today was a rest day for me.

Saturday was supposedly a rest day, but I did a shopping marathon and was at the outlet mall walking around for 5 hours! It was exhausting! So I took yesterday off too.

Today I did Cardio Overdrive and Tight Buns and Killer Legs. I think I pulled my back a bit while exercising today, so I need to take it easy for the rest of the day.

Well. I'm checking in with 1/2 of the 500 Calorie workout. My back was still hurting a bit this morning, but I decided to still workout, just not so hardcore. Bad idea.

I probably should have just rested today. Oh well. You live and learn, right?

I did Pump, Jump 'n Jab today. It was very fun. I got a bunch of different Firm workout from the library to try out yesterday, so it'll be fun to change things up!

Did a 3 mile walk today at Stone Mountain.

I had the flu for a few days, and I've had nighttime meetings for work so I've missed working out for several days.
Today, I walked 30 mins on the treadmill, and did Firm Upper Body Sculpt and Hips, Thighs, & abs.
